Refunds / Exchanges / Returns


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Please contact us to discuss if it has gone past the 30 days as we do understand different circumstances. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are happy to exchange your item but you will need to pay the postage on the item. Please email us at and we will be more than happy to discuss your exchange with you. Please list your order number and name on the email so we can find you original order.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will only issue a refund if an item is faulty and can not be fixed or replaced. Please contact us at as soon as you discover the issue, we will be more than happy to discuss this with you. Please list your order number and name in the email so we can check you order on our end.

If an item can't be fixed or replaced and once your product has been returned to us at your own expense, we will inspect it and be in contact with you via email. We will also notify of our decision.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, it will automatically be applied to you via your original method of payment, Please note that refunds can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to be returned to your account as there are different processing times with PayPal, Afterpay, Zippay and Banks this is out of our hands. Most of the time it will be back into your account after 1 week or sooner.

If you have contacted us and the item is not faulty but we have decided under special circumstances to issue a refund there will be a $10 admin/restocking fee on all refunds as we don't issue refunds for change of mind. If we do decide to refund you for change of mind then the customer will have return the item and pay the shipping of the item being returned. We will not pay the shipping on the returned item.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged but please contact us at if you have any concerns and we are more than happy to see what we can do. Please list your order number and name in the email so we can check you order on our end.

Returns (if applicable)

If you (the customer) have contacted us at and we have agreed to the return then you (the Customer) will need to send the item back to us at your expense. We will send you our address to post the item back to via email and once the item has been returned to us we will issue the refund less the $10 restocking fee. You (the customer) will have to pay the shipping for the returned item.
